The adaptive home was a new product for Sunnova. It encompassed a load control device which would allow the homeowner to control every circuit in their home.

Load control is a very complex topic to explain to a homeowner. In partnership with a third party agency, we developed a video that would make the concept as simple as possible for a homeowner to understand the value of the product without getting overly bogged down in the details.
The 3D graphics with simple gradient backgrounds and iconography gave the content a warmer, simple, informational feel. The music track and voiceover were kept warm to keep the technology approachable.

The video redefined the graphical style of Sunnova. The simpler style was carried throughout Sunnova’s marketing materials. The video itself tripled the number of views compared to the average Sunnova video.
